Job summary

O'Neil Digital Solutions seeks an Inventory Lead to support the Inventory Manager by ensuring accurate counts, proper receiving, and adherence to policies. The role oversees the on-site team, coordinates with internal customers, and uses NAV to monitor inventory levels and reporting.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in warehouse/inventory control, including 1 year in a lead role, and forklift certification. This position requires hands-on oversight in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school graduate, or completion of GED required.
• Minimum 5 years of warehouse or inventory control experience, including 1 year of lead or supervisory experience.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience using NAV or similar ERP system.
• Forklift certified and able to drive other various material handling equipment required.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory team and ensure counts, receiving, and compliance with procedures.
• Monitor NAV system counts and generate reports to identify errors.
• Perform root cause analysis for cycle count discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions.
• Plan, coordinate, train, and motivate inventory team members.
• Communicate inventory status to management and other departments.
