Job summary

RealCold is seeking an Inventory Control Team Lead for our New Jersey cold storage facility. You will work with the Inventory Control & Office Manager to plan daily floor operations, manage receiver entries in the WMS, and coordinate inventory accuracy while handling outbound orders and inbound appointments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of related experience required.
• Extensive knowledge of warehouse operations and production management.
• Proficient in operating warehouse equipment (forklifts, high reach, cherry picker).
• Forklift Certification preferred (with ability to attain on hire).
• Must be 18+ and fluent in English.
• WMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hire and train Inventory Control staff.
• Oversee assignments and activities of Inventory Control personnel.
• Coordinate performance evaluations with the inventory manager.
• Perform daily inventory analysis and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain item master data and correct descriptions.
• Locate mislocated stock to assist order processors.
• Communicate with warehouse and customers about items and locations.
• Process customer orders and billing with RealCold billing team.
• Operate warehouse equipment following safety standards.
• Assist Inventory Control & Office Manager as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
