Job summary

PICS Inventory, Hazleton, PA, is seeking Team Leader candidates who can accurately count inventories for major retailers in the area. Some travel is required, with carpool for inventories over 30 miles from the assigned territory. On-site work and data entry on handheld devices are core parts of the role.

Qualifications

• Previous inventory experience preferred, but not required.
• Manage small to mid-sized inventories as determined by District Management.
• Be a team player and work well within a team.
• Be courteous to customers and store managers when asked questions.
• Maintain a professional presentation and demeanor at all times.
• Continual training and development to increase productivity while ensuring accuracy.
• Develop customer satisfaction in all inventories.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Reliable transportation to inventory sites (public or private).
• Reliable means of communication.

Responsibilities

• Count inventory for major retailers throughout the area.
• Travel is required; carpool provided for inventories over 30 miles outside of your territory.
• Enter data into handheld collection devices and scanners with accuracy.
• Work on-site until job completion, with 4–8 hour shifts on average.
• Assist with data integrity and reporting as required.
