Qualifications

• Prior experience in a warehouse, shipping, receiving, or distribution environment.
• Demonstrated leadership or lead/training experience preferred.
• Experience operating material handling equipment.
• Basic to advanced computer skills including SAP and Windows-based systems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and inventory/documentation accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented with accountability.
• Ability to read and complete operational documents and data.
• Ability to perform basic calculations related to rates and inventory.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and move materials over 50 lb.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations per inventory control procedures.
• Support transfers for received, distributed, and shipped goods according to priorities set by the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Lead and support Warehouse Clerks during daily operations and provide direction in the absence of the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Assist in resolving issues including shipping delays, inventory discrepancies, and material transfer concerns.
• Provide on-the-job training on warehouse processes and SAP transactions.
• Ensure accurate movement, sorting, and timely shipping of materials.
