Clayton Homes in Crossville, TN is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor to oversee material movement and accuracy throughout the warehouse, production, and yard complex. You will work with the Material Planner to ensure the right product, in the right location, at the right time for all product types.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 0–2 years’ inventory control experience or 5 years of equivalent work.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in supply-chain, industrial engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to communicate via phone, email, or in person.

Aufgaben

• Develop, implement, and maintain cycle-count procedures to ensure accurate planning signals.
• Root-cause inventory variances and document corrective actions.
• Optimize pick-path for raw materials to production and finished goods to outbound staging.
• Ensure FIFO inventory processes and Ti-Hi compliance.
• Manage inbound/outbound staging, yard inventory, and accurate labeling; monitor storage capacity.
• Collaborate with Material Planner, Production Management, and Allocator to improve operations.
