EnerSys Energy Products Inc. seeks an Inventory Control Supervisor for our Springfield, MO plant to lead cycle counts, PFEP, and ERP data integrity. You will manage the inventory control team and coordinate with Supply Chain, Production and Finance to support material flow and accuracy.

The role requires hands-on supervision, process improvement, and a focus on audit readiness and regulatory compliance. On-site work in Springfield, MO.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of inventory management principles and material flow.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years inventory control experience required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Direct all inventory control activities, including cycle counting, reconciliation, and inventory accuracy checks.
• Maintain PFEP and ensure accurate material flow and master data integrity.
• Plan, execute, and reconcile annual physical inventories; report results.
• Investigate discrepancies and coordinate with Production/Purchasing/Finance to resolve issues.
