Job summary

DynaEnergetics is seeking an Inventory Management Supervisor to ensure accurate inventory controls, policy compliance, and efficient material flow. You will train staff, oversee physical counts, and drive KPI targets within the ERP environment.

The role requires five years of inventory control experience, ability to handle hazardous materials, and strong analytical and leadership skills. This is a on-site position with responsibilities across warehousing, shipping, and inventory records

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of inventory control experience.
• Ability to safely handle hazardous/explosive materials.
• Knowledge of inventory control principles and asset protection.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory management including physical counts and data accuracy.
• Plan and schedule department activities to meet deadlines.
• Maintain KPI targets in inventory performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to hire, onboard, and train staff.
• Manage ERP master data, reports, and analysis.
• Lead physical inventory counts and ensure compliance with ATF records.
• Investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Recommend system/process improvements for efficiency.
• Coordinate projects impacting the department.
• Perform other duties as required by management.
