• Train, coach, develop and hold accountable up to 25 employees to achieve operational metrics.
• Maintain a high degree of inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits.
• Collaborate with procurement for clear communication and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Assists with the management of day-to-day Inventory Control operations and expediting.
• Prepare facility for new inventory and manage storage and dead stock with facilities.
• Lead weekly/monthly meetings to review metrics and identify improvements.
• Provide training to inventory personnel on issue resolution and communication.
