Job summary

Core-Mark International is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Supervisor in Forrest City, AR. You will manage receiving, storage, rotation, and transfer of goods within the warehouse, ensuring freshness, shrink control, and accurate inventories while coordinating with brokers and manufacturers.

Leading a team, you will optimize processes, supervise staff, and ensure adherence to inventory controls in a fast-paced environment with a focus on efficiency and reliability for our distribution operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of inventory control or warehouse experience.
• Must have supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of inventory processes, cycle counting, and reconciliation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and intermediate general computer skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervises associates to include staffing, training, coaching, performance management and problem resolution.
• Ensures all products are received as ordered and are not damaged or out of code; manages storage and rotation for freshness.
• Determines acceptance of damaged/out-of-code products and processes credits/returns.
• Oversees daily cycle counts and adjusts schedules based on items and suppliers.
• Utilizes computer systems to manage inventory levels and expedites inbound freight tracking.
• Maintains slot location management and reviews locations/layout for productivity.
• Monitors transfers of product to other locations.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
