Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Senior Inventory Control Leader to manage a team ensuring inventory adjustments, discrepancies, and related service issues are researched and reconciled within a Medline distribution center. You will oversee daily reports, error queues, and cross-functional collaboration with A/P, product divisions, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience as a Senior Inventory Control Coordinator in a warehouse/distribution center.
• Experience with SAP inventory transactions and warehouse management systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of inventory control members and maintenance of supervisory systems.
• Handle day-to-day inventory adjustments and receiving discrepancies research.
• Monitor error queues (e.g., ZPOGI, Z272, IQS9) and report trends to leadership.
• Report on OSI service failures and customer complaints and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Assign corrective actions to staff and ensure compliance with SOPs.
• Communicate with warehouse leadership, A/P, product divisions, and customer service.
• Operate MHE as necessary.
