Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, Associate’s degree a plus.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience coaching, mentoring and training staff.
• At least 3 years warehouse experience. Basic skill level.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receipt, storage, packaging and shipment.
• Direct and supervise warehouse staff; mentor for productivity, quality and safety.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and maintain a safe work environment.
• Coordinate with customer service to resolve warehouse issues.
