Carter's Inc. is seeking a Full Time Stock Supervisor in Atlanta to lead stockroom operations, ensure merchandise moves smoothly to the sales floor, and maintain high merchandising standards. You will train teammates, keep a strong customer focus, and foster a positive store environment.

You’ll partner with management to reward strong performance, drive loyalty programs, and support safety and asset protection initiatives while contributing to Carter's inclusive culture and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• A variety of skills and experiences.

Responsibilities

• Drive store results through stockroom organization and timely product flow to the sales floor.
• Maintain merchandising and presentation standards per company processes.
• Provide training with management on stockroom organization and replenishment.
• Assist customers with product knowledge and benefits on the floor.
• Foster a positive environment for employees and customers.
• Recognize exceptional performance and redirect when needed.
• Support customer service through loyalty and omnichannel programs.
• Assist with asset protection and safety awareness in-store and stockroom.
