Coastal Elite Pro is seeking an experienced Inventory Control Supervisor to manage inventory integrity across our distribution operations in Corona, CA. You will lead Inventory Control Clerks, oversee cycle counts, transfers, and adherence to shelf-life and regulatory standards.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 4+ years of related experience including supervisory duties, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifikationen

• Education: Typically a bachelor's degree in business, sciences, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Work Experience: At least four years of progressive related experience, including supervisory experience.

Aufgaben

• Maintain inventory integrity by location and monitor operational impact of adjustments.
• Establish and manage cycle count programs; research variances and transaction histories.
• Generate active locations for new items; recommend merchandise movement based on velocity reports.
• Execute inventory transfers, ensure compliance with shelf-life policies, and support regulatory adherence.
• Query transaction history, develop positive relationships with team members, and motivate staff.
• Perform related duties as assigned to support inventory control objectives.
