Job summary

Insight Global in Perris, CA is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor onsite to maintain accurate inventory across warehouse locations, perform cycle counts, resolve discrepancies, and improve inventory processes in a fast-paced 3PL environment.

The role requires 3+ years of inventory control experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with Receiving, B2B, DTC, and Production teams while maintaining accurate WMS records and supporting client audits.

Qualifications

• Experience managing cycle counts and audits.

Responsibilities

• Own inventory accuracy across all warehouse locations.
• Perform and manage daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the WMS.
• Partner with Receiving, B2B, DTC, and Production teams to prevent errors.
• Develop SOPs for inventory handling and adjustments.
• Prepare inventory reports for internal teams and clients.
• Support client audits and physical inventories.
• Monitor shrink, damages, and loss trends.

Job Summary

The Inventory Control Supervisor is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory across all clients and storage locations within the warehouse. This role focuses on cycle counting, discrepancy resolution, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement of inventory accuracy in a multi-client 3PL environment.
