Stolle Machinery is seeking an experienced Inventory Control Supervisor to lead inventory accuracy, cycle counting, and material control processes at our Centennial location. This role is responsible for supervising Inventory Control Technicians, maintaining inventory integrity across a high‑mix manufacturing environment, and partnering closely with Production, Quality, Purchasing, Finance, Receiving, and Shipping to ensure accurate material movement and availability.
The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader with strong inventory control experience, solid ERP skills, and the ability to investigate discrepancies, improve processes, and support audit‑ready inventory practices. This position plays a key role in protecting company assets, supporting production flow, and driving continuous improvement in inventory accuracy, reporting, and warehouse organization.

The Inventory Control Supervisor is responsible for the accuracy, integrity, and governance of inventory across a high‑mix, low‑volume manufacturing operation with approximately 70,000 SKUs and $40-60 million in inventory value. This role provides direct supervision of Inventory Control Technicians and serves as the process owner for inventory control systems, policies, and metrics.
The Supervisor ensures inventory accuracy through disciplined cycle counting, robust discrepancy investigation, and tight integration with receiving, production, quality, purchasing, and finance functions. This position plays a critical role in protecting company assets, enabling production flow, and supporting financial accuracy in compliance with internal controls and ISO 9001 requirements.
