This role includes managing the daily operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, and facilitating product recalls. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of management experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong communication skills. Proficiency in Excel and HACCP certification are preferred. Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of inventory control management and supervisory experience required.
• Must be properly trained and licensed in the operation of powered industrial equipment as appropriate.
• HACCP Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the inventory control, driver check‑in and quality assurance functions effectively.
• Maintain, develop, and implement procedures that ensure the highest levels of inventory accuracy.
• Handle the driver check‑in function ensuring timely collection and deposit of dues.
• Organize and facilitate shrink meetings and identify root causes of shrink.
• Manage the Product Recall process.

Strong PC skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Database concepts

Strong verbal and written communication skills
