Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor to lead a 2nd shift team in our California operations. You will supervise inventory control and warehouse activities, drive accuracy, and ensure safe, efficient performance.

You will coach staff, monitor discrepancies, coordinate staffing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer commitments while upholding quality standards. The role offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of relevant warehouse experience.
Experience with WMS systems (SAP, Manhattan, Blue Yonder).
Proficient with Microsoft Office and scanner equipment.

Responsibilities

Supervise inventory control and warehouse operations for safe, efficient performance.
Maintain inventory accuracy by monitoring records, investigating discrepancies, and acting on findings.
Coordinate daily operations and staffing to meet commitments.
Train, coach, and develop team members to boost performance.
Monitor quality, ensure policy compliance, and deliver strong customer service.
Lead continuous improvement to raise accuracy, productivity and efficiency.
Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to meet business goals.
