• Train, coach, motivate, and develop team members to drive performance and operational success.
• Monitor work quality, ensure compliance with policies and quality standards, and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory accuracy, productivity, and efficiency.
