Job summary

EFC International is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse receiving and inventory control operations, ensuring accurate inbound processing, proper putaway, and inventory accuracy across systems.

The role requires strong leadership and collaboration skills to guide a team, coordinate with Purchasing/Logistics, and drive safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Construction or fastener industry experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum warehouse/operations experience required.
• Proven ability to lead, train, and coach teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership to Receiving and Inventory Control teams.
• Oversee inbound receipt of shipments and verify quantities and documentation.
• Manage putaway and location accuracy; drive cycle counts and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate dock scheduling and communicate delays to Warehouse Manager.
• Ensure safety, accuracy, and efficiency in all warehouse activities.
• Mentor employees and conduct performance discussions as needed.
• Train staff on procedures, systems, and best practices.
