Job summary

Brookshire Grocery Co. is seeking an Inventory Specialist for our Paris, TX location. You will monitor and maintain inventory levels within our Inventory Management System, greet customers in line with our service standards, and assist with stock, ordering, and shelf replenishment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1+ year related experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Must be 18+; 21+ to drive per policy.
• Proficient in inventory control, data entry and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily stock counts in the Inventory Management System.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels through proper ordering and receiving.
• Communicate shortages and shelf issues with store director.
• Replenish products and ensure shelves are properly stocked.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant store environment.
• Provide friendly customer service and assist with inquiries.
• Assist with periodic/bi-annual inventory counts.
