Job summary

Brookshire Grocery Company in Tyler, TX is seeking an Inventory Associate to monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels in the Inventory Management System. You will greet customers and provide friendly service consistent with our service standards.

Responsibilities include daily stock counts, ordering and receiving product to keep shelves stocked, and communicating with store leadership on shortages while upholding safety procedures in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; one year of related experience preferred.
• Basic math and computer skills; ability to interpret information.
• Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal form.

Responsibilities

• Performs daily stock counts to ensure accuracy.
• Maintains inventory levels through proper ordering and receiving.
• Works with store leadership to address shortages and shelf conditions.
• Keeps work and shopping areas clean, safe, and sanitary.
• Assists with other duties and inventory service counts.
