You will perform cycle counts, barcoding, labeling, and material movement across the facility, using bar-code scanners and ERP/WMS tools. A focus on accuracy and teamwork is essential for success in this full-time role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), barcode scanners, cycle counting, and inventory control processes preferred.
• Reach truck and/or forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
• Accurately count raw materials, components, work-in-process, and finished goods; reconcile with system records.
• Assist in researching and resolving inventory discrepancies.
• Verify materials are stored in designated locations and properly organized.
• Label, barcode, and catalog inventory per procedures.
• Use barcode scanners and WMS to locate, verify, and track inventory.
• Support inventory transfers and material movement between locations.
• Serve as backup Reach Truck Operator to support production flow.
• Operate reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks after training.
• Maintain organized inventory locations, racks, and storage areas.
• Identify discrepancies and report to supervisor.
• Assist with maintaining item numbers, descriptions, quantities, and locations in the system.
• Support scheduled inventories and inventory control initiatives.
• Collaborate with Receiving, Production, and Shipping to maintain accuracy.
