Job summary

CTDI is seeking an Inventory Specialist for 1st shift to maintain accurate warehouse inventory. Responsibilities include counts, audits, discrepancy investigations, put-away, and report generation. The role requires 2+ years in inventory, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• 2+ years inventory experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of inventory control principles and procedures.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with accurate record keeping.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficiency with MS Office and inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inventory counts and audits for accuracy.
• Identify and investigate discrepancies in inventory records.
• Ensure proper put-away and accurate product selection.
• Generate inventory reports for customers and share with Operations.
• Verify stock information and unit identification numbers.
• Operate PIT equipment for counting as needed.
• Provide training and support on procedures and performance.
• Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean work area.
