Job summary

CTDI is seeking an Inventory Specialist to uphold accurate warehouse inventory levels in a fast-paced setting. You will monitor stock, run regular counts and audits, and ensure records match physical locations.

The role supports Operations by generating reports, verifying stock and facilitating correct put-away and retrieval of parts. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in inventory, strong detail orientation, solid communication, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of inventory experience in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate recordkeeping.
• Clear verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy.
• Identify and investigate discrepancies in inventory records.
• Ensure material put-away and accurate selection of product.
• Generate inventory reports for customers and convey activities to Operations.
• Verify stock information and unit identification numbers.
• Store and retrieve equipment and/or parts for work orders.
• Provide training and support to employees on procedures.
• Follow warehouse safety regulations and quality standards.
