The Inventory Specialist I will perform cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and conduct warehouse audits to ensure precise inventory tracking.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• WMS experience a plus.
• Must operate heavy machinery – certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Conduct warehouse audits in multiple areas (Inbound receiving, picking, e-commerce and bulk processing).
• Outbound shipping.
• Ability to be certified on industrial power equipment (reach truck, forklift, order picker).
• Shared resources between multi-sites.
