Job summary

F&S Fresh Foods in Vineland, NJ is seeking a forklift operator to manage inbound and outbound product in a chilled warehouse environment. You will load and unload, rotate perishable stock, and maintain forklift certification for safe operation. Experience with inventory systems is a plus.

You will move freight using forklift or pallet jacks, inspect equipment, and ensure stock is rotated and stored properly. This role supports production and packing areas in a fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience using an Inventory Scan gun and Warehouse Inventory System is preferred.
• Experience working in a chilled food factory or related environment is preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish / English) helpful.

Responsibilities

• Move freight and materials using forklift, pallet jacks, or other machinery.
• Inspect equipment and report malfunctions or repairs needed.
• Maintain inventory and rotate stock as required.
• Stack cargo and ensure safe, organized storage locations.
• Ensure equipment is in safe operating condition and address issues promptly.
• Transport raw materials to workstations.
