Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC is hiring an ICQA Specialist in Sheboygan, WI. This full-time role on 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 6:30 a.m.–3:00 p.m.) focuses on cycle counting, inventory validation, and warehouse data integrity to keep products moving accurately.

You will use warehouse management tools, conduct variance research, and support inbound and obsolescent inventory processes while ensuring timely updates to systems and records.

Qualifications

• Experience with warehouse and inventory management systems and software preferred.
• Physical abilities: stand, walk, bend, reach, pull, stoop, grip, carry, lift 20–60 lbs.
• 2-5: Related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct accurate cycle count of inventory locations using appropriate tools and update the system.
• Research and process problem pallets and unlocated inventory; log errors per supervisor instructions.
• Validate dating of product and update as required in the warehouse.
• Daily inbound receiving audit; identify root causes of variances and report to Operations partners.
• Respond to buyer requests for item checks and code-to-code transfers in the warehouse.
• Coordinate handling of obsolete and at-risk inventory (vendor returns, donations, recalls).
• Research and resolve inventory variances.
• Other duties as assigned.
