Job summary

Piggly Wiggly Midwest LLC in Sheboygan, WI, is seeking an ICQA Specialist to perform cycle counts, verify product locations, and update systems. You will work in our distribution warehouse supporting accurate inventory and handling freezer/perishable environments.

The role requires attention to detail, proficiency with computers and handheld devices, and willingness to conduct root-cause analysis for variances.

Qualifications

• Experience with warehouse and inventory management systems is preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, pull, stoop, grip, lift 20–60 lbs.
• Related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct accurate cycle counts of inventory locations and update systems.
• Research and resolve inventory variances and process problem pallets.
• Validate dating of products and manage inbound receiving audits.
• Identify root causes of variances and report to Operations partners.
• Coordinate handling of obsolete or at-risk inventory (vendor returns, donations, recalls).
• Respond to buyer requests for item checks and code transfers in the warehouse.
