Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers in Sheboygan, WI is seeking an ICQA Specialist to perform cycle counts and validate product dating throughout our distribution centers. You will use warehouse systems and handheld devices to verify inventory, research variances, and support inbound receiving.

The role requires the ability to lift 20–60 lbs, work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, and collaborate with Operations to resolve discrepancies. Training is provided, and benefits begin day one.

Qualifications

• Experience with warehouse and inventory management systems and software preferred.
• Physical abilities: stand, walk, bend, reach, pull, stoop, grip, carry and lift 20–60 lbs.
• 2-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct accurate cycle count of inventory locations using computers and handheld devices; update the system as required.
• Research and process problem pallets and unlocated inventory; log errors per supervisor instructions.
• Validate dating of product and update records in the warehouse.
• Daily audit of inbound receiving; identify root causes of variances and report to Operations.
• Respond to buyer requests for item checks and internal code-to-code transfers.
• Coordinate handling of obsolete and at-risk inventory (vendor returns, donations, recalls).
• Research and resolve inventory variances; perform other duties as assigned.
