Job summary

C&S Wholesale Services, LLC is seeking an ICQA Specialist to perform cycle counting and verify products in cold and general warehousing areas. The role focuses on inventory accuracy, dating validation, and handling obsolete stock in a fast-paced facility in Plant City, FL.

Responsibilities include using warehouse systems to update records, researching variances, and assisting buyers with item checks. Training wage starts at $19/hour with full-time hours on a rotating schedule; benefits from

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of related experience and/or training.
• GED or HS diploma required.
• Experience with warehouse and inventory management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct accurate cycle count of inventory locations using tools in the warehouse and update the system.
• Research and process problem pallets and unlocated inventory; log errors per supervisor instruction.
• Validate dating of product and update records as required.
• Daily inbound receiving audit; identify root cause of variances and report to Operations.
• Respond to buyer requests for item checks and internal code-to-code transfers.
• Coordinate handling of obsolete and at-risk inventory (vendor returns, donations, recalls).
• Research and resolve inventory variances.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
