Job summary

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge with WMS and supporting systems.
• Seasoned knowledge of inventory practices, procedures and research techniques.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Execute and maintain processes for inventory department independently or without supervision.
• Perform complex research and analysis to identify, diagnose, and resolve problems.
• Apply and execute leadership responsibilities within the team or group.
• Communicate with business partners and customers outside the campus and address concerns positively.
• Maintain accurate inventory across all campus departments.
• Perform quality control and auditing responsibilities.
• Conduct perpetual cycle counts and all supplemental count requirements within established time frames.
• Monitor warehouse damage and initiate resolution.
• Notify department leads for product discrepancies.
• Utilize reports to investigate inventory discrepancies and audit results.
• Maintain organized files for efficient access to information.
• Perform daily warehouse duties in shipping, receiving, and/or inventory management.
