Job summary

Ahold Delhaize USA's Chester distribution center is seeking a warehouse inventory specialist to maintain and control accurate inventory levels, audit outbound cases, and support receiving and shipping while collaborating with customers, procurement, and store partners. The role requires expert WMS knowledge, inventory control experience, and strong Excel/Office skills.

Candidates should have 3+ years in inventory management, a high school diploma, and be able to lift up to 60 lbs in a fast-paced

Qualifications

Expert knowledge with WMS and supporting systems.
Seasoned knowledge of inventory practices and research techniques.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

Execute inbound receiving clerical processes independently or with the team.
Perform complex research and analysis to identify and resolve problems.
Lead and communicate with partners and customers outside the campus to address concerns.
Maintain accurate inventory across all campus departments.
Perform quality control, auditing, and perpetual cycle counts.
Monitor warehouse damage and initiate resolution.
Use reports to investigate inventory discrepancies and audit results.
Handle daily warehouse duties in shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
