Job summary

McWane in the United States is seeking a Storeroom Inventory Clerk to join our warehouse team in Coshocton, Ohio. You will maintain item and description integrity, collaborate with department heads, and ensure accurate stock levels.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma or GED, knowledge of MRO parts, strong math and communication skills, and experience with ERP systems such as D365. We offer a confidential workplace with opportunities to participate in cycle counts and reconcile

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with experience in receiving, warehousing, or inventory.
• Experience with MRO parts and heavy industrial items.
• Strong math and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; good organizational skills.
• Experience with ERP systems; D365 or similar preferred.
• APICS CPIM certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintains storeroom inventory processes.
• Communicates with Department Heads for storeroom requests/usages.
• Reviews history of item usage to help determine mins/maxs.
• Researches discrepancies and reconciles inventory issues.
• Reconciles receipt issues with buyers and schedulers.
• Participates in annual storeroom inventory.
• Notifies buyers of stock outs and quality issues.
• Assists with quarantined deliveries and documentation.
• Fills in as needed for Purchasing team members.
