Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must have a current, valid driver's license and an acceptable record.
• Ability to learn MRC Global, federal, health, and safety regulations.
• Typing and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of or ability to learn MRC Global warehouse operations and business processes.
• Basic math and good reading skills.

Responsibilities

• Unload materials, tools, and equipment from vendor trucks and prepare for stock or delivery.
• Inspect material for MRC Global quality requirements.
• Stock and transfer materials to shelves, bins, racks, or bundles per location procedures.
• Label materials with identifying information.
• Assemble customer orders from stock and pack orders for boxes and pallets.
• Pull orders for delivery and stock-to-stock transfers.
• Load onto trucks or transfer to packing areas using forklifts or other heavy equipment.
• Prepare documentation for UPS, LTL, SH, or Air Shipments.
• Adhere to safety policies and wear PPE; maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Report hazards, injuries or illnesses to supervision.
