Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift operator certification required.
• On-the-job training completed; levels 1 and 2 of positional training offered.

Responsibilities

• Receives incoming product shipments by counting and verifying against invoicing.
• Enters receiving information in MAC21 to maintain inventory records.
• Audits inventory information and records to maintain stock levels.
• Conducts cycle and security counts and makes adjustments as needed.
• Prepares purchase orders for product purchasing or sourcing.
• Assists with periodic physical inventory audits.
• Ensures store personnel follow established selling processes.
• Maintains inventory and displays merchandising guidelines.
• Reviews product tagging and signage for accuracy and updates.
• Assists customers with complaints, escalating to management when appropriate.
• Operates a forklift when necessary.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
