Catalyst Nutraceuticals is seeking an Inventory Control professional to maintain finished goods inventory through cycle counts, receipts verification, and accurate putaways. This role links Production, Warehousing, and Shipping to ensure all transactions are properly documented and traceable.

Qualifications

• Experience with cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Experience with inventory management software and WMS.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Attention to detail and accuracy required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
• Investigate discrepancies by comparing physical vs system records.
• Verify production receipts and finished goods data in the system.
• Audit putaways and ensure correct warehouse locations.
• Verify outbound shipments against orders and bills of lading.
• Maintain inventory reports and documentation.
