Job summary

catalyst Nutraceuticals is seeking an Inventory Control specialist to maintain finished goods inventory through cycle counts, receipts, putaways, and shipment verification. You will work with Production and Shipping to ensure accurate, traceable records and compliance with GMP standards.

The role requires 1–2 years in warehouse or inventory control, a high school diploma or GED, and forklift operation experience. Bilingual skills are a plus; safety and accuracy are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of warehouse, receiving, or inventory control preferred.
• Experience with inventory management software and WMS required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
• Investigate discrepancies by comparing physical vs system records.
• Verify production receipts and putaways in the inventory system.
• Audit outbound shipments and confirm quantities and lot numbers.
• Maintain inventory records and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Planning, and Shipping to resolve issues.
• Operate forklifts/scissor lifts following safety guidelines.
