Job summary

Jacam Catalyst LLC is seeking a detail-oriented inventory and manufacturing support specialist to perform routine administrative tasks, inventory transactions, and quality control testing on chemical samples. The role requires accuracy, adaptability, and teamwork in a dynamic environment.

You will handle daily data entry, prepare paperwork for trucking and manufacturing, and participate in monthly outdoor counts and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required; an associate degree is preferred.
• Highly organized with a systematic method for tasks.
• High attention to detail is required.
• Prior warehouse, inventory, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Willing and able to work overtime as needed.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Enter computer transactions for inventory purchasing, movement, manufacturing, and sales.
• Prepare paperwork required for trucking and manufacturing.
• Process routine quality control testing on chemical samples.
• Prepare and analyze reports related to inventory transactions.
• Perform monthly outdoor physical inventory counts in various weather conditions.
• Communicate effectively with vendors, customers, and employees.
• Respond quickly and efficiently to customer and employee requests.
• Be precise, detail-oriented, and organized while handling multiple activities with evolving priorities.
• Adhere to prescribed safety rules and regulations in performing duties.
