Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to ensure accurate inventory and resolve discrepancies within a distribution center. This role focuses on conducting cycle counts, reconciling variances, and communicating with warehouse operations to maintain high accuracy.

The ideal candidate has 2 years of warehouse inventory experience, proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment with physical requirements.

Qualifications

• 2 years inventory experience in a warehouse/distribution center
• Prior experience with SAP inventory transactions and enterprise/warehouse management systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel for standard tasks

Responsibilities

• Conduct cycle counts
• Reconcile discrepancies and perform adjustments in Catalyst or SAP (<$500)
• Communicate with warehouse team and operations management to resolve discrepancies
• Operate MHE as necessary
• Other duties as assigned
