Job summary

Chobani is seeking an Inventory Specialist in Idaho to perform cycle counts, research discrepancies, and maintain accurate records. You will work with SAP, RF devices, and forklift equipment to ensure the correct quantities and locations across the facility.

A strong eye for detail and teamwork are essential for success in a refrigerated warehouse environment. Responsibilities include data entry into SAP, generating reports, and collaborating with various departments to improve procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products; Excel pivot tables preferred.
• Experience with MRP/ERP software preferred.
• SAP Experience preferred.
• Experience with RF equipment.
• Operate warehouse equipment including order picker and lift trucks.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong math skills and strong communication skills.
• Must be able to work on your feet in a refrigerated environment for up to 12 hours.
• Must be able to lift, push, pull up to 60 lbs with reasonable accommodations.
• Must have good attendance and be on time.
• Must follow GMPs and practice good housekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Cycle count finished goods inventory per schedule.
• Identify, research and reconcile inventory discrepancies promptly.
• Be familiar with products to ensure accurate cycle counting.
• Improve processes and perform root cause analysis on discrepancies.
• Enter data from Product Loss Forms and counts into SAP.
• Generate and distribute SAP reports.
• Assist lift truck operators, clerks and supervisors as needed.
• Train and share knowledge with team members.
• Create and post journals in SAP in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain a team atmosphere.
