Job summary

Chobani is hiring Inventory Specialists to support accurate cycle counting and inventory control in a refrigerated production environment in Twin Falls, Idaho. You will work with management to improve procedures, perform detailed counts, resolve discrepancies, and generate SAP reports while maintaining safety and GMP standards.

The role requires strong math, excellent communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with MRP/ERP systems and RF equipment is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with Excel pivot tables preferred.
• Experience with MRP/ERP software preferred.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Experience with RF equipment.

Responsibilities

• Cycle count finished goods inventory in accordance with approved cycle counting schedule
• Identify, research and reconcile inventory discrepancies in a timely manner
• Demonstrate familiarity with product to perform accurate cycle counting
• Communicate and develop process enhancements as needed (performs root cause analysis on inventory discrepancies and recommends process improvements to eliminate them)
• Ensure inventory accuracy is maintained daily and accurately entering data from Product Loss Forms, physical counts, etc.
• Generate and distribute SAP reports
• Assist lift truck operators, clerks, and supervisors as needed
• Train and share knowledge with team members to help improve their skills
• Keep well maintained, legible documents and create and post journals in SAP in a timely manner
• Be involved in implementing solutions and ideas in the department
• Work with other departments to create and maintain a "whole team" atmosphere
• Keep areas clean and organized
• Enforce and observe all safety rules and regulations as put forth by Chobani and OSHA
• Create pallet build inventory for production
• Other duties as assigned by Manager and Supervisor
