Chobani is seeking a Cold Warehouse Clerk to support the Inventory Manager by coordinating inbound/outbound activities and ensuring accurate SAP data and documentation. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and adherence to GMPs in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities include driver check-in/check-out, paper work preparation, SAP updates, and maintaining clean, organized areas per 6S standards. Strong communication and reliability are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office apps, especially Excel, Outlook and Teams; SAP experience is a plus.
• Ability to stand for up to 12 hours and lift up to 60 pounds.
• Must adhere to Chobani's attendance policy.
• Team-oriented with cross-department collaboration.
• Safety and quality oriented.

Responsibilities

• Communicate efficiently with internal and external partners via email, radio, phone, or in person.
• Check‑in inbound drivers and check‑out outbound drivers.
• Check product availability in SAP and close out loads in SAP.
• Prepare necessary paperwork for loading/unloading and BOLs for non-SAP loads.
• Maintain filing both physically and electronically and update dock schedules.
