Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Teams, Outlook, Excel).
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems; SAP experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and flexibility for additional hours or changing schedules.
• Commitment to safety, quality, GMPs, PPE use, and good housekeeping practices.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (up to 12 hours).
• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 60 pounds with accommodation.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions and under pressure.
• Willingness to support other departments and operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Process shipping and receiving transactions accurately and on time using systems such as Vector and SAP.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound truck activity and route trailers.
• Maintain dock schedules in Vector, DAS, and Open Dock.
• Communicate professionally with internal teams, drivers, and carriers.
• Prepare bills of lading and other shipping documents as needed.
