Job description

Inventory Control Specialist, San Antonio

We are seeking an independent and detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to join our Fresh Team in San Antonio, TX. This role involves managing inventory accuracy through receiving, shipping, and daily operations within our ERP system. The position also supports other departments to ensure efficient facility operations, including conducting daily and monthly inventory counts reported to upper management.

Responsibilities and Duties
  1. Perform daily cycle counts of all materials, including Raw, Packaging, and PPE items.
  2. Manage the return of all materials at the end of each shift.
  3. Learn and utilize measurement and labor tracking systems daily.
  4. Maintain high attention to detail and work independently.
  5. Coordinate pick-up and shipping activities daily.
  6. Load and offload materials from delivery trucks, reconcile, and enter information into the ERP system, and prepare for counting and QA inspections.
  7. Participate in the site 5S program and perform other duties as assigned.
  8. Provide backup support for the warehouse department as needed.
