Job summary

Qualifications

  • 1–4 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or WMS-related roles.
  • Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Basic to intermediate Excel skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to follow processes and work independently in a structured environment.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure system data is up to date.
  • Support inbound and outbound order processing, including basic shipping and receiving activities.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with cycle counts and reconciliations.
  • Review shipment information for accuracy and report discrepancies as needed.
  • Ensure alignment between system records and physical inventory.
  • Maintain organized documentation and support audit readiness.
  • Communicate inventory updates or issues to stakeholders.
  • Follow standard procedures and support overall warehouse operations.
  • Assist in identifying process improvements.
