Eataly North America is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist in Los Angeles to maintain data accuracy across inventory systems and ensure valuation integrity. You will report to the Inventory Control Manager and support cycles counts and reconciliations.

Key responsibilities include updating databases, processing invoices, and communicating with Finance and store managers to keep systems current. Strong Excel skills and meticulous attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and with precision, especially with numbers.
• Ability to effectively communicate to ensure accurate inventory reporting.

Responsabilités

• Updates the inventory database and related systems (e.g., POS).
• Enters invoices, returns, and other inventory movements into inventory management software.
• Prevents discrepancies and troubleshoots errors as directed.
• Assists with inventory cycle counts as directed by the Inventory Control Manager.
• Creates new inventory items across all databases per standard procedure.
• Liaises with Finance, vendor representatives, and Store Managers to keep inventory data up to date.
• Performs other duties as required or assigned.
