Eataly North America is seeking a Grocery Lead to coordinate stock teams, ensure shelves meet our standards, and streamline inventory across grocery sections. You will place orders, manage requisitions, and help keep displays up to date with accurate signage.

The role requires strong written and verbal communication as you record daily shift notes and collaborate with other departments. This position supports a fast-paced retail environment with growth opportunities and employee benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ months of experience in a grocery or retail stock position.
• Great written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensures that the stock crew is in place and grocery section is working according to Eataly’s standards
• Evaluates grocery needs and inventory, as well as receives requisitions from other departments to place orders
• Collaborates with the communications department to ensure displays have proper signage
• Records and emails daily shift notes
• Performs other duties as required or assigned
