Job summary

The Chefs' Warehouse is seeking an Inventory Control professional to ensure accurate inventory records and lead cycle counts across warehouse locations. You will analyze data, report results, and support perpetual inventory processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Ideal candidates have strong math and communication skills, with Warehouse Management System experience and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to train staff on key processes.

Qualifications

• Strong math, reading and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work independently or in a team.
• Prior Warehouse Management System experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and cycle counts.
• Assist in perpetual inventory development and implementation.
• Coordinate scheduled cycle counts and labeling accuracy.
• Train personnel on processes to ensure compliance.
• Assist with physical inventories as needed.
• Compile reports and analyze inventory control results.
• Evaluate inventory metrics and suggest improvements.
• Manage databases and reports for inventory control analysis.
• Learn Canopy system and generate needed reports.
