1st shift position: 6am-3pm, Monday-Thursday; 6am-2pm, Friday

2nd shift position: 12pm-7:30pm, Sunday; 3:30pm-12:30am, Monday-Thursday

Training: Four weeks from 9am-6pm for both positions.

Position: Inventory Control Specialist

Position Summary

The employee will be responsible for counting and reconciling inventory, organizing bin locations, and checking in RGA. This includes researching, investigating, and consulting with key personnel to ensure accurate counts, tallying counts, and updating our operating system. Everflow Supplies seeks a punctual, communicative, diligent, and detail-oriented individual.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Monitor and maintain current inventory levels; track orders and investigate discrepancies.
2. Maintain database, perform physical inventory counts, and reconcile actual stock with system reports.
3. Unpack, consolidate/replenish items as needed, and label shelves.
4. Process and document returns following established procedures.
5. Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
6. Assist pickers with missing items.
7. Be a team player within the inventory team.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

• Knowledge of supplies, equipment, and services ordering and inventory control.
• Ability to reconcile stock counts with report data.
• Database management skills.

• Operate Cherry Picker.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel.

Physical/Work Environments

• Walking, standing, heavy lifting, carrying, stooping, bending, kneeling, and reaching for long periods.
• Exposure to temperature changes, humidity, cold, heat, dust, and loud noise.
• Push and pull pallets, lift products.
• Handle objects up to 60 pounds frequently.
• Good coordination, including eye-hand, hand-foot, and balance; above-average endurance.
