Job summary

You will run cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, manage FEFO rotation, and control quarantine and released material segregation to prevent nonconforming stock from reaching production.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; associate degree a plus.
• 2+ years of inventory, warehouse, or materials management experience.
• Experience with lot-controlled or serialized inventory.
• Proficiency with inventory management systems, barcode scanning, and spreadsheets.
• Strong numerical accuracy and comfort performing and reconciling cycle counts.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate material handling equipment.
• Willingness to work in refrigerated and frozen storage areas as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own the accuracy of component and finished-goods inventory from receiving to shipment.
• Inspect and receive incoming materials against purchase orders and certificates of analysis.
• Record lot numbers and expiration dates and store materials properly (ambient, refrigerated, or frozen).
• Run cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and resolve issues.
• Manage FEFO rotation and quarantine/released material segregation to prevent nonconforming stock.
• Support audits by pulling records linking shipped kits to component lots.
• Flag low-stock and expiring materials to avoid production stoppages.
